Starting from the dashboard, click on the button new quotation. If you are elsewhere in the portal, you can always go to the menu bar on the left, where you will also find a button for the quotation overview.

Add products

You can search for a product based on product number or based on your vehicle specifications, after which you can refine your selection.

Not sure about the vehicle specifications? Then be sure to check the vehicle details before you place your order. You can also consult further details per product.

The prices displayed are gross prices that you can communicate to your customer. Once you convert the quotation into an order, you will see that your distributor discount is still applied.

Once you have added a product, you can return to the quotation using the button above. There you can adjust quantities, remove products, add discounts and apply services such as assembly, movement and delivery:

  • Travel costs mechanic: this is the displacement cost of our mechanic to the assembly location. This cost can only be charged for an assembly.
  • Delivery: the charge for delivery, without assembly.
  • Pick up: when the product is collected from the supplier or the vehicle comes to the supplier for assembly.

As this is your own quotation to your customer, you have the option to adjust the prices for quotations in "my price settings". For example: you have different prices concerning assemblies, you can save them in "my price settings". Automatically your prices will appear on your quotations. Read the article my price settings for more information.

If you don't want to send the quotation yet and want to review it later, click on save concept. You will then find this in your quote overview under concepts.

You can always modify a quotation later by clicking on the pencil icon.

Satisfied with your quotation? Go to the next step to add your customer information before you officially sending the offer.

quotation send

You will find the sent quote in the overview under Sent. The quote arrives in the customer's mailbox where he can either accept or reject it. A customer cannot reject the quote without adding a comment, so you are always informed of the reason.

Customers can obtain details of the item by clicking on the item number in the online quote.

Quotation accepted

When your customer approves the quote, you will see this in the quote overview under customer response. Both you and your customer will also receive a confirmation email if you have set up these notifications.

When the quote is approved, it is ready for the next step: ordering.
