Every day you, our distributors, knowingly provide personal data to mobietec. Your name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, ... It is important for us that you know that we protect these personal data and use them correctly.

At mobietec your personal data are processed with the necessary care and security. We comply with the rules of the GDPR (AVG). Not only because of the privacy law, but also because we want to. Nobody, including us, wants their personal data to be shared with companies or organizations they have nothing to do with. To be able to incorporate the GDPR regulations in the DNA of mobietec, we called on an external DPO who guided us in this and continues to guide us.

We only process the data that is absolutely necessary

Within the customer portal of mobietec, personal data shall be processed exclusively in order to be able to carry out orders, deliveries, service requests,.... The personal data processed by the customer portal are considered as identification data and company data. We do not ask for sensitive and/or special data, such as your national registration number and financial data. These are not necessary for the use of the portal.

Nevertheless, mobietec has taken all necessary measures to ensure optimal data security within our company. We also strive for the accuracy of the personal data in our customer portal.

Within the GDPR regulations, a number of rights have been established for the data subjects which you can, of course, also exercise within mobietec. For example, you can ask to have access to your personal data, request information, request correction of your data, data transfer and forgetfulness. Know that mobietec cannot always comply with the request within the framework of legal provisions. If this is the case, this will be clearly communicated to the person concerned.
