How to archive or delete an order?

Do you no longer need an old order?

You can delete an order by going to the order summary and clicking on the trash can symbol.

This moves the order to the archive tab, where you can still retrieve it later.

Please note that archiving an order on the portal therefore does not mean that it has been canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you should always do so as soon as possible by email to plan@mobietec.be
