The quotation tool is your personal tool

Under 'my mobietec' > 'my price settings' you can make price adjustments for your own quotes.

If you have your own assembly team, then you will most likely also have your own assembly prices and relocation costs. You can set these prices on the mobietec portal so that they will automatically appear on your created quotations. In addition, quotations also always show the gross prices of our products. This allows you to use the quotation tool to create personalised quotations to your customers.

Read more about further personalising your quotations, such as with a logo and/or photos, here.

Please note: when you place an order, you will see your supplier's assembly costs.

You are responsible for your own price settings

Do you usually use your supplier's assembly team and would therefore like to pass on the same prices to your customers? Then make sure your price settings are always the same. In case of any price changes, you will have to be responsible for adjusting your price settings yourself in time. This does not happen automatically.

Are the assembly prices on your quotations currently incorrect? Go to 'my price settings' to adjust them. In brackets, you will always see your supplier's price so you can check.

Tip in personalization: how not to include a travel cost on your quotes but still cover the cost

Some vendors don't like to include the mechanic's travel cost on their quotes. This can be done by eliminating this cost. To still cover the cost, you can add this cost to the item's assembly price. For example, the fitting price of a roof rack becomes 200 euros (if roof rack fitting would be 140 + moving cost 60). Then you enter 200 in the assembly price of a roof rack and set displacement cost to no. Newly prepared quotations will include this cost.

As you can see, your price settings are very personal. You can decide everything yourself, depending on how you prefer to work.

But don't forget to click SAVE at the bottom of the settings page.
